Steaming Ratio for Dairy

Menengai Afya Steaming Ratio feeds are fortified with quality nutrients specifically for in-calf cow. The feed should be administered 45 days before cow gives birth and 45 days after giving birth. Steaming ratio contain minerals and nutrients that ensure the following:

1. The animal is protected from milk fever and related complications
2. Expand animal’s milk storage
3. Ensure general health of the animal is improved.

The feeds are also;

• Highly palatable to ensure adequate intake of nutrients.
• Highly digestible – contains quality feed grade raw materials.
• Provides optimum balance of energy and protein

Recommended usage: 2 kg of feeds twice a day (minimum)
